about me

I specialize. I like selling TRUE TUCSON. To me, that means downtown Tucson, high quality construction infill projects such as the Mercado District, authentic turn of the century homes in the barrios and Armory Park, and in the lower Foothills.   I love adobes, midcentury modern brick, and quality design!   I live westside now, but still close to downtown, and work in the university historic districts: West University, Feldman's Historic, Dunbar Spring, Iron Horse, Sam Hughes as well.   If my areas of expertise are of interest for you, I’m more than happy to help. I am with Tierra Antigua Realty, a local company started by Matt & Kim Clifton, who emphasize small-town service in an ever-growing very professional brokerage.

I am among the top 100 Realtors in Tucson, consecutively for many years, but to know me is to know that I'm no high-roller. I devote myself to my clients, whether its shopping for a first home, selling your home so that you can relocate, or hunting for the beautiful “forever home.” I focus mainly on Downtown, the UA historic neighborhoods, the Tucson mountains, and lower Catalina foothills.

21 years as a full-time Realtor, 1000+ transactions…

...let me help you navigate this tough market and buy or sell your home. Although I specialize in Downtown’s historic and university neighborhoods and vintage homes, I also have lots listed at the Mercado District, Tucson’s newest downtown community, with the modern streetcar pulling right up to the Mercado. I work tirelessly with buyers to find the perfect property for them. I work equally well with sellers, determining value, hiring professional photographers, marketing the property in advance to my many interested buyers and colleagues, and then through various online sites, print & social media, MLS and open houses.

My motto is “Be the First to See It” and I make good on that promise, searching for property, previewing, getting my clients in (and their offers in!) sometimes before anyone else is awake!

Prior to real estate, I taught high school English, my first true love.  I love volunteering with things I love, underwriting at KXCI, helping unsheltered women at Sister Jose’s each week, helping older dogs get adopted at Tucson Rescue Now, and with Tucson’s indie theater, The Loft. If senior dogs, excellent local radio, or indie films are your thing, check those out! And if you’d like to know more or talk about the possibilities of working together, shoot me an email or give me a call.
